To my fellow bloggers who have been following my study of Mycenaean Linear B. This article written by my teacher Richard Vallance Janke has been puiblished in the Archaeology and Science magazine and I am proud to say that one of my translations has also been added to the article which is in the first chapter. Kudos, Rita. That is so great. My husband is impressed as well. I may have mentioned he is an archaeologist, so he understands how important this is. Think of the people who will read what you have translated.

Oh !! Thanks for those lovely comments Joanna. I am thrilled about it myself, and yes I do think of the people who read my translations. Of course, its all down to having a good teacher who is also pleased with my progress. I hope I can stick it out and earn myself a B.A. Degree, but its getting tougher as I go into my university level. The main thing is that I am enjoying doing this course so that’s a bonus. Hope you are alright in your country and not having too many troubles to have to deal with. Take care. !!!
